Are E books for you?

I have weighed the pros and cons of both physical book and e-book. I perfer the physical; it is merely a matter of choice. I find comfort in taking a book to bed with me, on the beach, in a doctor's waiting room and even pool side. Working at the library the general concensus from my generation is they prefer a physical book. For me if I should drop my book in the bath, sea, or pool it will be much less costly to replace!
What is my favorite e book app? ibooks is fairlty simple and easy for beginners.

Is this the end of libraries as we know them?

Can you imagine a library without books? Are we taking a step forward by removing paper and incorporating digital? Could we be contributing to the libraries demise?  In this podcast, they state we are at an end of an era.  Opinion is that libraries have had a distint function in the past.

Does content have to physical books?  Content can be found in many other forms; electionically and digitally.
